If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

A clear unboxing video is required as proof in case of damage or wrong item.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the fault is ours.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.
